Anyone needing to buy a home would be wise to use the services of Sandra and Rob. My wife and I were first time home buyers, but were very unaware of the complexities . Enter the Dynamic Duo. Their combined expertise and knowledge impressed my wife and I. We were put to ease the way they walked us through the home buying process. We discussed some of our criteria and off we went to view some homes. We looked at some condo units and found some with some potential problems. Sandra and Rob were not afraid to ask the tough questions. We found a home that my wife and I loved, we had a problem. Some of the documentation from the strata was incomplete and we could not obtain financing. Enter the Dynamic Duo again. We are not sure what they did after the extention, talking to the engineer, obtaining the proper documents, getting them to the right places, speaking to CMHC and the bank but we are sure that they made it their singular mission to get my wife and I our Dream Home. They definitly went above and beyond what we ever thought a real estate agent would or could do for us. We would not hesitate to recomend them for the exemplary service they provided for us.
